Type 6 anxiety is not random.
It is often the result of a deeply caring mind trying to prevent pain.
But you deserve peace.
Here are three anchors.
1. Name the Fear Loop
Type 6 anxiety grows when unnamed.
Simply say:
“This is my fear mind trying to protect me.”
That alone creates space.
2. Return to the Present Moment
Fear lives in the future.
Safety lives now.
Ask:
“What is happening right here, right now?”
Breathe into this moment.
3. Build Inner Safety Before Outer Answers
Type 6 often wants certainty first.
But calm comes first.
Then clarity.
Try placing your hand on your heart and whispering:
“I am here. I am supported. I can take one step.”
Anxiety softens when you stop fighting it and start grounding beneath it.
