Enneagram

Conscious Aging Connection

The Enneagram is a road to spiritual practice that outlines a clear path of growth based on type, wings, arrows, subtypes, and health so that each person can see a clear change in behavior and experience more joy and love.

If you’re familiar with Enneagram, you probably understand it as a personality assessment, much like the Myers and Briggs or the Big Five. But aside from the nine types, there’s wisdom coming from the geometry and flow within the Enneagram symbol itself. The Enneagram is both a noun and a verb. It’s a universal methodology you can apply to almost any body of knowledge.

The way I focus on the Enneagram helps us to uncover more of the connection between our ego (or personality) or shadow and what we are at true essence – “who we came here to be.”

Beginning with passions and fixations (like the shadow thoughts and feelings) behind each of the nine types, we’ll explore the virtues and holy ideas.

We focus on how both of these tools for transformation illuminate our gifts and provide a framework for our personal and spiritual evolution.

We help bring our Centers of intelligence (Thinking, Feeling, and Instinct) into greater alignment, help us understand how levels of development play into our growth as well as how our type is supported and challenged by our instincts (self-preservation, social and one-to-one/sexual) and our adjacent wing and the way we operate under both stress and integration.

The first way to engage with this material if you are new, is to watch the self-paced 3 hour workshop that I gave to a large group of people last year.  Once you become familiar with the basics, then you’ll want to come back to explore a  fuller experience through an Online class or through a self-paced membership site where you will receive ongoing support for your practice.
