Paths to Transformation is owned and operated by Dr. Toni LaMotta, based in Florida. We offer online coaching programs, courses, digital products, and related services focused on personal and spiritual development using the Enneagram and other transformational frameworks.
2. Acceptance of Terms
By using our website, submitting a form, or purchasing a product or program, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
3. Programs and Courses
Our programs and courses are for educational and personal development purposes only. Results will vary based on individual effort, background, and circumstances. We make no guarantee of specific outcomes from participation in any program.
4. Payment
All purchases are processed securely through Stripe. By completing a purchase, you authorize us to charge the amount indicated at checkout. Payment plans are available for select programs; missed payments may result in suspension of access until the account is brought current.
5. Refund Policy
We stand behind our programs with a satisfaction guarantee. If you complete a course or program and feel it did not bring you the transformation you hoped for, contact us at drtoni@tonilamotta.com with a description of what actions you took and what didn’t work for you, and we will review your request for a refund. Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of the program end date.
6. Digital Products
All digital products (ebooks, workbooks, guides, recorded sessions) are delivered electronically and are non-refundable once accessed or downloaded, except as outlined in our satisfaction guarantee above.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on our website and within our programs — including text, audio, video, images, and course materials — is the intellectual property of Dr. Toni LaMotta and Paths to Transformation. You may not copy, share, reproduce, or resell any materials without express written permission.
8. Coaching Disclaimer
Coaching and personal development work offered through Paths to Transformation is not a substitute for licensed mental health treatment, medical advice, or professional therapy. If you are experiencing a mental health crisis or medical condition, please seek appropriate professional help.
9. Communications
By submitting your information through any form on our site, you agree to receive email communications from Paths to Transformation. If you have also provided your phone number and consented, you may receive SMS messages. You may opt out at any time by clicking unsubscribe in any email or replying STOP to any text message.
